The Paediatric Complex Care Clinic at Michael Garron Hospital (MGH) is a one-stop coordination and treatment centre for complex care paediatrics. We support children with medical complexity, such as cerebral palsy, congenital heart conditions or complications associated with extreme premature birth, as well as their families, by providing care coordination and system integration.
The clinic is a satellite clinic of The Hospital for Sick Children’s (SickKids) Complex Care Program. This means we work together with SickKids and other partners to provide holistic, wraparound care for children with medical complexity who may be fragile and technology dependent.
We understand providing integrated care for children with medical complexity can be challenging. To help ensure the best experience possible for patients and families, we employ a collaborative, comprehensive and coordinated model of care that ensures children and their caregivers can get the care and supports they need in one place that is close to home. The clinic is fully accessible and sees patients by referral.

Referrals
Patients must be referred to the Paediatric Complex Care Clinic through a physician in SickKids’ Complex Care Program.
