Geriatric Assessment

The Geriatric Medicine Clinic sees patients who are 65 years or older for assessment of a variety of conditions affecting older adults including: cognitive impairment, falls/mobility issues, behavioural difficulties related to dementia, polypharmacy, functional decline, frailty or caregiver strain. Patients can be referred from their community family physicians and specialists or from the emergency department.
