Dr. Nadia Khan is a skilled General Surgeon at Michael Garron Hospital, specializing in Acute Care, Minimally Invasive, and Bariatric Surgery. She completed her medical degree at Western University, followed by General Surgery residency at the University of Ottawa, and further specialized through a fellowship in Minimally Invasive & Bariatric Surgery at the University of Toronto. Joining Michael Garron Hospital in 2024, Dr. Khan is the lead of the Acute Care Surgery program, where she focuses on providing rapid, high-quality care for emergency surgical cases and enhancing the hospital’s minimally invasive surgical capabilities.

Her clinical expertise encompasses a range of advanced procedures, from laparoscopic and robotic techniques to complex bariatric surgeries, aiming to optimize patient outcomes and recovery times. Passionate about teaching and program development, Dr. Khan works closely with multidisciplinary teams to innovate and build sustainable acute care and minimally invasive surgery services.
