Overview

We are seeking an experienced Redevelopment Project Coordinator to play a key role supporting the Michael Garron Hospital’s Redevelopment Project and other Capital Projects as assigned.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations & Transitions, the Redevelopment Project Coordinator’s primary accountabilities will be related to assisting and supporting redevelopment staff in all aspects of planning and organizational transitions.

To be successful in this role the Redevelopment Project Coord inator will be required to work in close collaboration with Operational Readiness and Capital Redevelopment as well as several other hospital departments and clinical staff.

Education

- Post-secondary education required; University Degree/College Diploma in PMP considered an asset

Qualifications

- Minimum Three (3) years’ experience in a construction/development or health care level space planning
- Proficient in MS Office Suite web tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with minute taking
- Strong organiza tion and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize and manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Proven experience in documentation con trol
- Experience in project management systems will be considered an asset
- Adherence to strict confidentiality and ability to display courtesy and sensitivity to key players.
- Demonstrated ability to work productively and independently in a fas t paced environment
